I’ve put together a short (5 question) survey to collect some information for Bible & Brew. Specifically, I am interested in what day/time may prove better than Wednesday evening. I also would really like to know what conversation topics everyone is most interested in discussing. So even if you don’t intend on attending often/at all, I am still very interested in your thoughts, as I am sure what interests you interests others as well.

As computer savvy as I fancy myself to be, this is actually my first blog. I have a vision for a Bible study that eschews many of the Bible study cliches. We do not go through a book or a series of verses. We do not have a fixed membership, but rather a revolving cast of contributors who come and go as they please. We meet in a bar because…well, I really love beer and I love people who love beer. It’s my theory that a conversation about the Bible over a few shared pints will be more amiable and honest. I guess I feel people I can be more “real” in a bar than in church–and I don’t think I’m the only one who thinks so.

In the next day or so I will have a poll up here to help me determine which topics people find most interesting and that will basically be where I start!
